Three ways to check us before you sign anything

Ask for three addresses

Ask for three recent jobs in your city, with the street and the year. We will give you the addresses and what each job started as. No invented first names, no stars pulled from nowhere.

Call a homeowner

Call whoever you want off that list and ask what went wrong, how long it took, and whether the final price matched the bid. We do not coach the answer.

Walk a job in progress

If we have a roof open nearby, come look at it. You can see the decking, the underlayment and the flashing before anything gets covered up, which is the part most bids never show you.

Where else to look

Both of these are run by the platforms, not by us, and we cannot edit what appears there. If something looks wrong on either one, call us and we will deal with it.

A written scope before the first nail

Line items for tear-off, decking repair, underlayment, flashing, ventilation and permits, with the total on one page. Change orders get signed before the work changes.

Your yard back at the end of the day

A magnet sweep every evening for nails, and debris hauled off in our trailer instead of left in your driveway behind a rented dumpster.

Our own crews, not a rotating cast

The people on your roof are on our payroll. That is why we can tell you who will be there on Monday and still be reachable in year nine.

Ten-year workmanship warranty

Ten years on our labor, plus the manufacturer material warranty registered in your name. Both are handed to you in writing at completion instead of summarized on the phone.
